As required by the University of Hawai'i Community Colleges system (UHCC), every instructional and non-instructional program must conduct an Annual Program Review to measure how successful it is in meeting the employment demands of the state, how efficient it is in operating the program, and how effective it is in producing graduates. Each program is unique in nature, so quantitative measurements may vary from campus to campus with varying degrees of outcomes.
