Companies of all sizes in the state of Hawai'i depend on the community colleges to prepare and maintain a quality workforce, increase workplace productivity and support new business growth. Each community college offers employee training in a broad range of areas designed to meet common business and industry needs through noncredit, short-term training programs. Noncredit classes vary from introductory concepts to highly technical, industry-certified training. However, sometimes an employee may need training in areas that are unique and new to a business or industry. Through the Office of the Continuing Education and Training at the various community colleges, business can contract with the community colleges to develop a customized training program to meet specific business needs and goals. UH Community Colleges provide customized training in the following areas:
Energy and Environment
