Campus Life
Between Classes
Life as a student can sometimes be hectic, so the last thing you want to worry about is finding a place to eat, study and relax between classes.
Dining
One of the best-kept secrets in Hawai’i’s culinary landscape is the fine dining at the various community college campuses. Known for
producing some of Hawaii’s top chefs, the culinary facilities serve as training ground for students enrolled in the culinary programs. Dining
options can run the gamut from quick, short order grill items from the cafeteria to Continental and Asian-Pacific cuisine from the various fine
dining restaurants on campus.

Studying
Libraries are the prime choice of students when they want to study. But computer labs are becoming especially popular for studying since the labs are
available in many locations on campus, making computers more accessible than ever before.

Relaxing
Almost all the community colleges offer student facilities where you can relax, play or even nap between classes. Some campus game rooms offer pool tables,
video games, electronic darts or foosball, so you can take a break from studying. And, when you want to read, study or relax, you’ll find the comforts
of the student lounges to be your home away from home. If you prefer sunshine and fresh air, there are numerous sitting areas around the campuses for an
outdoor, relaxing experience.
