Windward students find new roads to 4-year college degrees

Posted: 9th November 2007

But through a new program in place at Windward, Carvalho is taking bachelor-level courses toward a criminal justice degree without having to travel into Honolulu.

The offering is part of the college’s initiative to create partnerships with four-year universities, including ones outside the University of Hawaii system, to offer advanced-degree programs at Windward.
