Sexual Harassment
The University of Hawai'i offers an interactive web-based course for all faculty, students and staff of the UH System. The self-paced program takes about 60 minutes to complete and provides a convenient way to learn about sexual harassment and how to prevent it. Visitors may also use this program by selecting "Guest" on the start page of the program.

Applicant Data System
As a condition of receiving federal funds, the University of Hawai'i must:
1. collect confidential EEO data on applicants (e.g., gender, race/ethnicity),
2. track applicants, and
3. document the hiring process for EEO compliance.
This information is used to determine whether the University's selection procedures have an adverse impact on race, gender or ethnic groups. The data is also needed to comply with our affirmative action obligations under Executive Order 11246 which prohibits the discrimination in employment decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
