The University of Hawai'i Community College System takes complaints of sexual misconduct seriously and will take prompt and appropriate action to respond to reports of sexual misconduct.

Please note that the University of Hawaii's Interim Executive Policy 1.204 is a provisional policy to meet the University's compliance obligations while it consults with various stakeholders, including the exclusive collective bargaining representatives of the University's faculty and staff under HRS, Chapter 89.
