Hana Career Pathways offers short-term trainings leading to industry credentials in the resilient sectors of Healthcare, Technology and Skilled Trades. UH Community College campuses across the state are coordinating trainings funded through this program to support the workforce education needs of our residents and provide college and career advancement opportunities to degree programs, registered apprenticeships, paid internships and in-demand jobs.
The program provides tuition assistance for eligible applicants in the form of subsidies for tuition and other training costs like books and industry certification exam fees. Some trainings provide a 100% tuition subsidy to cover all training costs and others may require a student co-payment. We encourage you to review the available trainings for details on each course offered and contact us if you have questions. New trainings will continue to be scheduled throughout the year. Applicants will also be offered wrap-around services such as college and career advising, referrals to support services and other financial assistance. Please note: you may only apply for one training at this time (multiple applications are not accepted).
