In partnership with the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, the Diamond Head facility will also offer the bachelor of science degree in food science and human nutrition with a culinology track.
And, as part of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific's mission, short-term advanced professional courses will continue to be offered to working professionals to help them keep their culinary and business skills sharp in advancing Hawai'i's culinary excellence here and around the world.
