Managing Microaggressions

This workshop is designed to help you understand what microaggressions are, how microaggressions can threaten campus relationships and cultures, and what you can do to respond and communicate more effectively to help create a working and learning environment where everyone is valued, included and supported.

All UH faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to attend this important workshop.

Amrita Mallik

Amrita Mallik currently serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for the U.S. Ninth Circuit Courts. Amrita was also the first Campus Climate Program Officer for UH Mānoa, where she focused on initiatives to foster and support a diverse, inclusive and engaged campus environment.
