Annual Report of

Program Data

The Annual Report of Program Data (ARPD) is a UHCC system-wide coordinated review process that provides regular assessment of academic programs, academic support services, and student affairs activities. ARPD provides common data for campus review, reflection, action planning, and public reporting.

Annual reporting templates, guidelines, and processes for submission as well as program data and action plans are available at the ARPD website.

Institutional

Set Standards

UHCC establishes institution-set standards to assess student outcomes and monitor educational quality and institutional effectiveness. The common definitions of student achievement metrics, minimum values (floor), aspirational targets (stretch goals), and annual measures are utilized in accreditation, strategic planning, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Data

Dashboard

Data dashboards may help campus users to explore, visualize, and simplify broad sets of institutional data in a form that makes the related information easier to understand. Dashboard development is ongoing and is to key areas of interest to the UHCCs such as college access, enrollment, course offerings, financial aid, workforce, and performance indicators.
