Administrative Affairs
The Administrative Affairs division of the Office of the Vice President for Community Colleges handles auxiliary and commercial enterprises; budget and finance; campus security and emergency management; compliance, equal employment opportunity, and Title IX; environmental health and safety; facilities; human resources; and marketing and communications for the seven community colleges. We provide resources and information for administrators and staff as well as updates on current system-wide projects and initiatives at the community colleges.
Auxiliary & Commercial Enterprises
OVERVIEW
The Auxiliary and Commercial Enterprises office assists campuses with managing support services essential to the operation of each community college.
Budget, Planning and Finance
OVERVIEW
The Budget, Planning and Finance team coordinates and manages the University of Hawai’i Community Colleges multimillion dollar Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by working closely with the campuses in the budget development/legislative process and the budget execution process.

Campus Security and Emergency Management

OVERVIEW
We are here to help campuses with the strategic development of their campus security and emergency management programs to meet federal, state, and university system requirements with regard to emergency readiness/response and general campus safety.
Compliance, EEO/AA, and Title IX
OVERVIEW
The Office of Compliance, EEO/AA, and Title IX plays a key role in promoting safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University of Hawai’i Community Colleges. The office collaborates with a wide range of University partners—including the Office of Equity Assurance, Title IX Coordinators, Human Resources, Equal Employment Opportunity Directors/Coordinators, and UH leadership—to prevent and respond to discrimination, harassment, violence, and other misconduct.

Environmental Health & Safety

OVERVIEW
The Environmental Health and Safety office, works to develop a safe, campus environment through the development and administration of health and safety programs, critical to the well-being of the UHCC communities.
Facilities
OVERVIEW
The Facilities office, coordinates long- and short-range facility plans for new construction, renovations, repair and maintenance; delivering high-value facilities to the seven University of Hawai’i Community College campuses.

Human Resources
OVERVIEW
The University of Hawai’i Community Colleges Human Resources Office provides guidance and support to the seven campuses within the community college system on all employment-related matters.
Marketing & Communications
OVERVIEW
Working cooperatively with all seven community colleges and the University of Hawai’i System, the Marketing and Communications office is charged with communicating the mission, values and news of the University of Hawai’i Community Colleges through systemwide marketing, branding and public relations strategies.
